Thanks.

Well Thanksgiving is officially over. It is one of my favorite holidays because I get to be with my family and eat alot (what’s not to love?!) I’ve been thinking about all the things I am thankful for (in no particular order):

-my family

-my fabulous roommates

-my college friends that (I know everyone says this) are honestly the best.

-GPS

-the fact that I am not a mall employee that has to be there at sunrise, or before

-John Mayer

-Penn State

-makeup remover wipes

-bradley cooper/ryan gosling

-cornbread

-Dexter Morgan

-advil

-seltzer water

-gchat

-naps

-planes

-yoga mats

-hair straighteners

-penguins

-the fact that my sister and I can share clothes

-Thanksgiving leftovers

-bookmarks

-pillow pets

-the ocean

-puppies

There is so much to be thankful for. As another year approaches remember all the good in your life.

Much love,

M

Nobody likes you when you’re 23

Today is my twenty-third birthday. The twenties have been good to me. I am able to drink legally, graduated from college, got a job, and live in a new city. I currently live outside DC in lovely Northern Virginia. I have the best roommates a girl could ask for and amazing friends nearby. Being a young professional (or yopro as I like to say) has dealt us some crazy, hilarious, and awkward (sometimes all 3) situations.

There will be multiple authors contributing to this blog. It will document the exciting ups and disastrous downs of our lives, really, whatever we feel like writing about. Most of us have never blogged before but it is my 23rd birthday resolution to become a “blogger.” I hope you enjoy this blog of our trials and tribulations as we navigate through our roaring twentiez!
